Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting contact@kzgparis.fr.

Items must be unworn unused and returned with their original tags packaging and proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for faulty or incorrect items. Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Personalised and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged defective or incorrect  please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
